I want to be more active this year and get back into my sports. Being active keeps me happier and I really want to be consistent with my exercise.

I also want to lose some of the weight that I've picked up in the last few years so that I look better, feel bett

My Program:
January 2013

I'm taking part in a second 12-week Herbalife Challenge which replaces two meals a day with shakes. At the same time I am counting calories. On the exercise front, I have committed to a half-marathon in March and a triathlon this year sometime.

I am tracking what I eat and trying to keep my daily calorie intake within my suggested limit. I am also tracking my calories burnt with exercise to increase my calorie deficit on as many days as possible.

I'm swimming until the end of summer, then starting the C5K programme on 25/03/2010. I've signed up for my first 5K run on 27/04.

I'm also trying to reach a goal of kayaking 8km's 3 times a week.

Other Information:
I love having an outdoors kind of lifestyle. I really enjoy outdoor sports, although sometimes I easily chicken out when the weather is a bit off, but I've got slightly better at that this year!

I'm looking forward to being running fit again, I have 2 very energetic dogs and they are going to love the runs!

WOW! Day at the spa sounds awesome! I've never been yet..maybe one day I'll treat myself emoticon Never been Kayaking either! What a busy but fun weekend you had. Let's see, what did I do? Hmm, oh ya, watched old 2007 Biggest Loser shows on my DVR...LOL..and missed the last few leading up to the finale! But I'm glad I watched because several of the contestants are on my biggest loser dvds and now I know who I'm working out with and whether or not I like them! LOL. That's about it other than clean house and feed calves. You are doing awesome...I think you stay pretty active with all that running and socializing you do, on top of everything else! Keep it up! I spent the day with my dad and sister today..he/dad had his second chemo treatment..just praying that he doesn't get as sick as he did last time! Hope you have another great weekend. My daughter is turning 18 tomorrow and having 3 of her friends over...Sat we get together at Golden Coral for family's April birthdays, and Sunday is Easter at my aunts'..no staying home for me this weekend! Curious as to how my calorie range goes! LOL! Take care and thanks for stopping by!

Snap! Wanted to go for a two mile walk to make my march exercises miles 130 but the weather is dreadful with gale force winds!
