    Good goals for the upcoming week...tracking (in my humble opinion) can be frustrating (maybe because I don't want to admit what I'm actually eating or how few calories my activity actually burns) BUT it does make a difference....here's to successfully tracking you calories for 5 days this week (I sometimes leave little notes all over the place so I make sure to include everything.
