Need to focus on me!!!
Happily married for 22 years and have a 6 year old son who is the light of my life.... Have struggled with my weight most of my life and now I need to find out how to eat healthy and start exercising so I can enjoy life with my family..... I have goals set and I will work hard to achieve them.... My Goals for September 10, 2013 I WILL be at least 299# I WILL be able to walk anywhere without my knees and back hurting. ...
Happily married for 22 years and have a 6 year old son who is the light of my life.... Have struggled with my weight most of my life and now I need to find out how to eat healthy and start exercising so I can enjoy life with my family..... I have goals set and I will work hard to achieve them.... My Goals for September 10, 2013 I WILL be at least 299# I WILL be able to walk anywhere without my knees and back hurting. I WILL be able to fit comfortably in a booth in a restaurant. I Will be able to reduce my dosages of diabetes, Cholesterol, & Blood Pressure medications. I Will fit behind the wheel of any car & have the seatbelt fasten too. I Will exercise 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. I Will have more Self Esteem. Where I am Now: 342.2# Where I am Now: No Formal Exercise Short Term Goals - I will lose each month - I will track my food intake daily on Spark - I will drink 8-10 glasses of water - I will increase exercise each day When I meet this goal, I will buy myself something special as I haven't been under 300# in like 20 + years.. I will re-evaluate and set a new goal once this one is achieved.
