I joined bc I need to be held accountable for my seesawing actions. I am tired of having my stomach sit in my lap. I miss my real body, when I look good in anything. Size 5 and below come back! This time I am going 4 the pumped iron look: gently ripped abs, arms, and legs.
9/20/10 Monday I will start my fitness routine. I am tired after rdg all this info in how to get started.

Did my WTH ratio, I have an apple shape body. Oh no, my body's health is at risk of developing diabetes, heart disease and other. These diseases are common within my family. After working out so hard this week, I was hoping for good news. Positive side: I know.Now I really understand my personal mission in losing weight to become healthy. Don't let food and stress shorten your life.

My Goals:
My WaistToHip (WTH) ratio is .86 which means I am at high risk for diabetes, heart disease and others. These diseases r common in my family. My body shape is an Apple which means I store most fat in my abdominal and upper body regions. Solution- Get rid of the fat by increasing Cardio activity more so than doing ab crunches. When I do reach my goal I must remain mindful due to genetics I will always b an Apple. Apple body shapes always store fats in those regions. Cardio activity must be my lifelong fitness regimen.

My Program:
Cardio Trng: S-ST
Pwr Walking everyday using Fitness Map Track
Swim Backstroke :30min
and Crawl (Freestyle) :12min currently goal is :30min

Strength Trng: MWF
120reps ab crunches, 30reps 20lb barbell bicep curls. Pushups: Wall and floor 2sets 15

I have not figure out the nutrition trkr, once I do I shall have btr weight loss results.

* I colored my Sparkpg water blue to motivate and remind myself that swimming is a cardio workout that burns more calories than Pwr Walking. And to do more of it! Swim, swim like a fish:)
