Thanks for the comment on my blog. I see you are looking for lunch ideas. I don't know if you have Ezekial bread in your grocery freezer section. We have it at Whole Foods and Giant near here. It is very nutritional high protein bread - great for breakfast and lunch. I roast my own turkey breast and make sandwiches with Ezekial bread with turkey, lettuce, tomato and mustard - good and about 300 cal.
I also take an Ezekial tortilla and put deli turkey, lettuce tomatoes, onion and olive oil and make a sub type sandwich.

They are both filling, around 300 - 350 calories, high protein and with some water and fruit keep me full until an afternoon snack.

Good Luck.

Hey, there!
I'm so excited about finally getting my eating under control. I've been in starvation mode for so long I could not lose any weight at all. Totally stuck. I'm eating more and exercising (starting slow) and feel great. Plus, I love spring!

I've focused on eating more vegetables and protein. Do you like seafood? Shrimp? Imitation Crab?

My mother-in-law created a great salad out of steamed broccoli, pre-cooked and peeled shrimp and imitation crab. Add a couple squirts of lemon juice, some garlic powder and freshly ground pepper, toss, chill and enjoy. Half the time my family won't even wait for it to chill. They eat it warm or cold. It's light and very tasty. (I hope you like seafood.)
