So since having my twins in 2012, I just keep getting fatter. I'm overweight for the first time in my life. There are so many factors/excuses and they all seem perfectly valid but at the same time I am really sick of being uncomfortable and embarrassed and not fitting into any of the clothes that I like. There are so many factors/excuses and they all seem perfectly valid but at the same time I am really sick of being uncomfortable and embarrassed and not fitting into any of the clothes that I like. I have avoided being hard on myself for a long time, but now I think I have to do something a bit more demanding than just hoping I'll gradually eat better and exercise more. 'Cause that ain't working for me. :( So anyway--I'm going to go Paleo and see if that helps me feel better and leaner. I'm bracing myself for a rough week since I know it is hard to go cold Turkey--but my past attempts at gradual health have not been successful. So starting tomorrow (Jan 27th) I will be completely Paleo. Wish me luck!

I have a serious BUTT issue too. I've beed told tto do lots of lunges. I really hope it works, cause I lost 70 pounds, and now my but is super, overly jiggly.

If you know of the best way to get a firm but by July, please tell me.
