So since having my twins in 2012, I just keep getting fatter. I'm overweight for the first time in my life. I have avoided being hard on myself for a long time, but now I think I have to do something a bit more demanding than just hoping I'll gradually eat better and exercise more. 'Cause that ain't working for me. :( So anyway--I'm going to go Paleo and see if that helps me feel better and leaner. I'm bracing myself for a rough week since I know it is hard to go cold Turkey--but my past attempts at gradual health have not been successful. So starting tomorrow (Jan 27th) I will be completely Paleo. Wish me luck!

Thank you for the comment on my blog. I started with that workout because it was not intimidating and after I did it... I just fell in love with that style workout. Now I do short high intensity workouts all the time. Let me know how you do! PS. DOING the arm workout made me sore, haha :)

Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!
