2013 So last year I totally failed at my goals here, which is sad. So now I'm back to try again. This time I'm going to try a more restricted approach. I've been a bit lax, with the underlying expectation that eventually the weight will just go away. Sadly and surprisingly, that hasn't happened, lol. So now I'm cutting out stuff like Diet coke and junk food and I'm scared. :). This is going to be painful. The hardest part is that a lot of it is stress- eating, so I'll have to find ...

I've been a bit lax, with the underlying expectation that eventually the weight will just go away. Sadly and surprisingly, that hasn't happened, lol. So now I'm cutting out stuff like Diet coke and junk food and I'm scared. :). This is going to be painful. The hardest part is that a lot of it is stress- eating, so I'll have to find another activity that I can do instead. We'll see how that goes.

Fit into pre-twins clothes. :) Do a pull-up unassisted. Get some impressive calf muscles. Stop binge eating.

Escaping to the gym whenever I can and doing whatever I want there for an hour. I'm calling that cross-training.
