Tomorrow Muffin Top-Less is starting a 90 day challenge. The way I am doing it is by using the cinch products by Shaklee where I will replace 2 meals a day with their products and have a sensible regular meal. I will also burn calories every day with zumba and strength training.
I want to invite all of you to create a 90 days challenge for yourself, anything that works for you.
Just work at it everyday and blog or post something about it.
Hello everyone, Muffin Top-Less is back ON!!!
I hope you all had a great summer.
But now it's time to get back to our fitness goals. For those who stop all efforts "like me" during this summer it's time to regroup, to take the dust off our fitness goals and our walking shoes. It's time to get back to work.
We have a wonderful group of ladies in this team, and I know that if we get back together on the accountability wagon we can accomplish much. LET'S DO THIS!!!

I am just beginning my journey and looking to lose 85 lbs. After trying a few times before this time will be slow and steady with a 20 month goal to get to maintenance. Not doing much exercise out in this HEAT but am enjoying playing Just Dance 2 with my kids. I am looking forward to fall and getting out walking. 1920 days ago
