New year, time to meet me goal!

Hellooooo old friend! Thanks for the encouragement. I haven't been doing so well and could sure use some inspiration. Do you plan to start the extreme fat smash now? I would love to do it with you. I've been eyeing the new super shred but not sure if I should just stick with what works!
