Slowly but surely...

Don't really wanna be skinny, I just wanna run fast. In order to run fast, I have be light. Therefore, I need to lose weight.

And muscles, I want me some muscles .

My new inspiration -Lauren Rudge. If I live anywhere near Lake Oswego - I'd definitely crossfit train with her. (She was on the cover (and now on my wall) of Runner's World Mag Feb 2011 issue).

My goals include:

1) 8-minute mile, 5K pace
2) Bench Press 150 pounds, 10 reps. I just did 115 pounds - 5 reps on 8/16/11
3) Muscular lean legs
4) 125 pounds by 9/25/11.

Running and strength training with fiance

I officially joined Spark on March 2010 - but was inactive. I was only reading the tips, recipes, and articles. Then I found Sparkteams and user blogs around Oct. 2010 - and that's when I truly became SPARKED!
