My Program:
I use a higher protein/lower carb eating plan.

Thank you for the comment on my blog. I am so glad that you appreciate the fact that on my before and after pictures I also put what it took to get there. I don't want people just to see the weight difference I want them to see WHY! You are right it took a ton of hard work to get there, I don't want people to think it just happened magically!

My problem exactly WAS that I didn't make the correction soon enough. I knew there was an issue last Wednesday but I waited 5 days before actually DOING something about it.

Maybe after yesterday morning's freak out session I'll take these things a little more seriously, sooner.
