Trying again for the ???? time

I'm a 35 y/o wife and mother of a 3 and 1/2 y/o boy. I was always skinny growing up and didn't start to gain weight until I was in my mid twenties. I gained a lot of weight rapidly and found out my thyroid was underactive. I started taking medicine for it but my weight never went back to what it was. I remember the highest weight I was then was 188. I thought I was huge then but now I'm up to 205. It takes a lot for me to admit that but I'm at the point now where I'm ready to face myself ...

My Goals:
My first goal is to stay within 1600 calories a day for 1 week. Also to drink 8 cups of water for a week. I'm starting with small increments to avoid being overwhelmed.

It still amazes me that people think I'm inspiring! I still have a long way to go, but when I was chosen as a SP Motivator I was shocked but very honored.
