Month 1 Focus: Creating the Habit of Healthy Choices

Food:
- Eat every 2.5 hrs
- Gluten Free
- Minimal Carbs
- Maximum Fruit, Veggies and Lean Protein

Exercise:
- 30min Eliiptical- manual
- 30mn Circuit with basic steps
- 12min ab circuit
- 10min treadmill cooldown
