No More False Starts!!

Hi there! My name is Kristyn. I'm a mid-30s, married, childfree freelance writer.

I've struggled with my weight my whole adult life and am at my heaviest right now. I've gained 45 lbs this year alone. I'm a compulsive eater, I eat when I'm bored, hungry, not hungry... you get the picture. My snack of choice is sugary carbs.

I wish I could say this was my first go with SparkPeople, but it isn't. I've never been successful with it before, but I'm hoping this time will ...
