Toy Story 3 was SO good!!!! Very cute. I'm also at the mercy of cookies....and candy, and really anything sweet. I can also eat all healthy and counted meals, but then give sugar and I'll demolish it. It's hard! One of my goals is to have fruit for dessert at least 5 days a week. So far, I have already used my 2 days of non fruit! haha! Welcome to spark!
I agree with you completely. There is no one that seriously shows college students how to be healthy and make good choices. I mean one seminar for one hour once the entire semester does not justify what should be done ha.
