no progress from last two months i am still on 108 coz of the 21 days break and overrrr eating , but now i am back on track and hopefully i will not get out of track again , wish me luck

doing half push ups thrice , dumbbell lifting (7 kg each )thrice , 8 km walk 5 times a week, energy level , stress level , blood pressure, cholesterol , self esteem r all improving and i am feeling quite good, i do get off track every now and thn but i am trying my best to be on track and to get my goal at the end of this year or before February , i wish myself luck .
