it feels great when we lose a good amount of weight with very minimum effort and recently i got the chance to experience it, although i am really big but still feeling very light just because of my efforts , its a very great feeling , this is just like a guy who is trying to build a great body with abs and people starts complimenting him for his efforts , i do get same compliments when people see me after few months and it motivates , it does and i lke getting such compliment for my efforts cant wait for march 2013 when i will be in my best shape EVER .

Hey Dost,

Hope you are doing well.

I have tried various options....right from gym....spot running and what not....but ended up with knee pain...especially after trying out the spot running. so, gave up with all these options.

From ur experience of walking....i am going to start with the same. The amount of weight you have lost is remarkable. It took how much time for you to lose it?

Before i could start with it....would like to take some useful tips, precautions...etc related to it from you. So please guide me.

yeap i am trying my best but i do admit that i am kind of lazy and still after 5 months of dieting and exercising , i still lose my control when i see food , but i hope and willing to get my goal before march , wish me luck
