Stay at home young grandma

I'm a 52 year old grandmother. I work out everyday at the gym. I do weights for 40 minutes then cardio (enbumbent bike where I read) for 40 minutes. I garden, cook, and take care of my family. I'm very motivated to lose 20 pounds quickly.
