My Goals:
Just like everyone else, I want to be skinny again!

But truely, I want to be healthy! I used to be so tiny b/c I was so active and had a great metabolism. Now it's not like that and i need to watch what I eat and start excercisng

My Program:
I'm doing it the old fashion way...eating less and excercising more.

I have been really good about tracking my calories throughout the day and that has been a HUGE factor in getting the weight off. I also joined a gym and try to go during the weekdays and take the weekend off. Although, my busy schedule, realistically i only go about 3-4 times a week.

I also joined a co-ed softball team. We play once a week. Not only is it fun, it is a pretty darn good workout! ( I just have to be careful about how many sunflower seeds i have.. lol)

Personal Information:
Hey, I am a University of Oklahoma grad and am currently working as a marketing and sales rep. I love my job but with me taking clients out all the time my weight has struggled.

Other Information:
I Love my little Sally Belle. She is my pride and joy. She is 4 years old and is spoiled rotten....Thought i was talking about a kid didn't you:)

Sally Belle is my Min-Pin that I rescued when she was a puppy. She makes me so happy and I love taking her for walks!

Yay! I'm so glad I could help you. :) Here are a few more ideas:


******* French toast; the healthy way.***********

4 slices of whole wheat bread
1 c egg beaters
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c skim milk

mix all wet stuff. Dip wheat bread in it and cook on hot skillet until brown; flip and do the same thing.

Instead of using syrup, use Apple Butter.

Serves 2.


******** Green Beans (my way)********

Instead of having plain, steamed green beans, which are just kinda ehhh, do this.

Get a bag of whole petite baby green beans (frozen)
2 TBS minced garlic
1/2 tsp chili sauce.

Put the entire bag (just poke a hole it in) in the microwave (Trust me; I've done it a million times.) lol Cook on high for 8 minutes.

Take them out and set them aside. In a skillet, put garlic and chili sauce with 1 Tsp olive oil. When it heats up, stir green beans in. Make sure you coat the beans well in the heated mixture. Pour them onto a serving dish and sprinkle with Butter Buds and coarse salt. (add more chili sauce if you like things really spicy.)



******** Stuffed Chicken Breasts ******

Get a boneless, skinless chicken breast.
Cut it lengthwise down the middle; but not all the way thru. (Just a deep pocket)
rub the outside with seasonings of your choice. set aside.

Boil a couple red skinned baby potatoes with skin on. When done, mash them and then add 2 tsp minced garlic, 1tsp onion salt, 1/4 tsp liquid smoke and 1 tsp oregano.

Put that potato mixture into the pocket of your chicken breast.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until chicken is well done.





****** super lean Cabbage rolls. *******

Next time you go to the store, locate a turkey breast. Have the butcher grind it for you.

Put your ground turkey breast in a bowl.
Chop a medium onion into small dices.
Add 1tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp fennel seed
1 egg + 1 egg white
1 tsp pepper.
1 C cooked brown rice

Mix well.
put aside.

in 13X9 pan, spread a small amount of spagetti sauce


In a large pot, boil water (about half the pot; depending on size of pot...guessing about 6-8 cups ) with about 1/2 cup of salt. When rolling boil, put the cabbage leafs in. This is kinda tricky because you don't want them to get too soft. Just fork tender. Remove when ready and put in cold water to prevent further cooking.


Roll mixture into cabbage leaves and place in prepared pan in single layer.Top with your spagetti sauce. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350.
