My Goals:
To finally do 10 kipping pullups, to be able to run 5 miles without being winded, to crossfit 5 days aweek! Ideally I'd love to be a good size 10 or below, and MAYBE do a sprint triathlon one day.

My Program:
I'm doing a combination of the Zone Diet and a Crossfit exercise program with a little extra cardio peppered in here and there. However, once a week I allow myself a "cheat" meal of WHATEVER I want. I get two cheat meals that day if I combine it with a long cardio day as well!
