My Goals:
Eat 5-6 meals a day.
Lose 2 pounds per week
Drink 8 glasses of water a day


My Program:
30 min cardio 6 days a week
45 min strength train 3 days a week
Yoga at least once a week

Personal Information:
I''m 43, single mom to two girls 13 & 16. I work full time and do a lot of unpaid taxi service for the girls, but I love every moment.

Other Information:
I''m hoping to do some downhill skiing again this year.

how have you been doing? i have been slacking. again. and i will try. again. sigh. i just have to, huh? i get tired of starting over, but i just cannot give up. thats the update. keep me posted.

Hello and thank you for the welcome! I used to live in Northern Alberta and go there often. Most of my family is there. I was talking to my mother in law yesterday and she was telling me about all the snow. My kids would love that!

Good luck with those last few stubborn pounds. I hear they are the hardest. I know you can do it!

Hi! Thanks for the warm welcome - I can't believe how close our goals are! My first goal was 125, but then two days after officially hitting it, I went up a pound and got nervous. So, I decided to go down a few more pounds just to give myself some leeway.... I can't wait to see what you will look like then!!
