Hi! Thanks for the friend add - I've added you back. I see you're doing P90X, I do it as well. Started in Jan and finished the 1st 90 day set and now working on the 2nd. I don't do it every day now like I used to. It's a good workout!

Man I hear you on the stress eating. Mine is mindless eating when I'm bored. I'll be full and know what I'm doing and still mindlessly snack. I just make myself track. Good luck to you. Your beautiful.
