    Am so very far behind in my spark mail
    What beautiful quilts such neat patterns
    What do you do with all of the ones you make
    This winter has been a long one for us here in MN
    Lots of snow 80 inches so far and still couple weeks to go
    With DH and alheimers sometime computer is my only outlet
    And yes remind myself often that it is not his fault
    He is a very easy gentle man and cooperative

    Hi! Saw your comment on the Quilt and Lose message board and came to check out your page. Your quilts are fabulous! I'm just getting started on learning to quilt and you are truly an inspiration.

    I noticed you mentioned taking a rest day in your exercise program. That should be regularly scheduled! I do 60-90 minutes of cardio on M,W,F. On T, Th I do 20-30 minutes of cardio and 45-60 minutes of strength training. But I ALWAYS take Sundays off! Sometimes I want to get out and take a long walk, but unless it's a casual, don't break a sweat thing, I don't do it on Sundays. It is very, very, very important to give your body at least one day a week of rest. Your body needs time to heal from all the little injuries that exercise gives it.And there are times when my body just says, "Take another day of rest. I can't go on unless you do." It is very important to listen to your body at all times. Best of luck in your continuing efforts to make exercise a natural part of yoour day.
