I Love this Site!

I'm Kelli - found this site and absolutely love it. My goal is to lose 25 lbs and to begin working out again at least 3-5 times per week. I really just want to feel healthy and gain some energy.

My Goals:
My overall goal is to gain more energy, and lose about 20-25 lbs so I can fit into my clothes again. I hate to shop and have closet full of clothes that I can no longer wear.

My Program:
To meet my goals, I am using the Meal Tracker daily, walking my dog everyday, and doing some strength training at home until I can get a membership at the gym.

Personal Information:
I just moved to Denver about 4 months ago from Huntington Beach, California. I lived there for the last 14 years but grew up in the midwest - Michigan.

My weakness for food includes Chocolate, French Fries, and cheese - with wine of course.
