I hope you don't mind but I have added you as a sparkfriend. Your post on the Indygirl team page is exactly how I felt at the start of the year. I hope my reply helps in some small way. Sorry it was a bit long!

Several things seem to have clicked into place for me gradually over the last few months. The main thing has been getting rid of the idea of being on a diet and really using the tracker to help me find the best choices out of all the foods I enjoy. emoticon
