Hello my name is Kym. I am from Oklahoma City, Ok and I want to lose about 35 (for now). I just had a beautiful baby boy and my baby fat is gone (48 lbs). I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I was trying to lose weight before I got pregnant. Not only do I want to lose the weight but I also want to lose my negative body image and I want to gain a greater sense of self, more energy, and confidence. You only get one body and I am determined to start taking care of it! With God on my side, FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!

I chose to weigh in every Saturday to remain accountable.

My Program:
I want to choose good foods to properly fuel my body. This includes fresh fruits & veggies, fish and chicken (and other lean proteins), brown rice and plenty of water. As far as working out, I am committed to Turbo Jam and 30 day Shred. My goal is to move everyday and keep my routine exciting.

    The best tip I know is to have a good clean "junk food" ready when you have the munchies liek that. Mine is air popped popcorn. I may eat too much of that, but the damage is not that bad. Also, not having it in the house at all helps me with night time munchies. If you are around it during the day, keep those healthy snacks with you.
