Hi. My name is Nikki. My mom came across an ad for Spark in a magazine back in October 2006. We decided to sign up and I signed up a few days after she did along with my brother. We have been trying to spread the spark. My best friend has also created a spark team where we try to support each other, check it out!

***UPDATE January 23, 2009***

Trinity was born at 6:58 pm on 1/23/09. She was 7 lbs 0.7 oz and 18.5 inches long. I am now working to lose the weight I gained during my pregnancy and get toned up again!

My Goals:
To lose the weight I gained while pregnant for my beautiful princess, Trinity Rose who was born on 1/23/09.

My Program:
I am working at eating the right combination of calories, fat, and fiber, and also doing atleast 30 min of cardio on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays & atleast 10 min of Cardio & 10 min of strength training on Mondays, Wednedays & Fridays. I am also trying to move up to getting atleast 8 cups of water each day, which I really struggle with!

Your daughter looks adorable!! Wow--you sound so busy!! I finally just signed myself up for a 10K or else I'd claim I was "too busy" to exercise. Now that I'm forcing myself to run, I find that I'm getting up at 7:00am to do it! But squeezing it in can be so tough--especially with an infant! I know that the key for my weight coming off is really in eating. When I don't overeat at night, then i find that the weight comes off easily. My main weight-loss strategy has just been to stop going into the kitchen after dinner. No desserts. No bowls of cereal. Just tea. And that seems to work well. How bout you--what's been working?

Hi,
Thanks for checking in...Things are going pretty well...I haven't gained as much this time around as I did at this point with the first, so that is good. I'm finding that I'm eating a little healthier...though I haven't exersized at all...which I NEED to find the motivation to do!

Hope all is well with you, your little one is adorable!!!

Thanks for the note on my blog. I really did have a good time and I am still so surprised that I did. I went back today and swam for 1/2 hour (20 laps in an Olympic sized pool). I can't believe I went 2 days in a row. I'm looking forward to water aerobics on Tuesday.
