Goals: Be 120 pounds, 18.5% body fat, energetic, good cardio health=walk 1 mile under 20 minutes, eat nutritiously, drink water, take vitamins, stretch daily, either walk 10 minutes 3x/day or 1x for 1 mile or at least 1/2 mile OR bike 20-30 minutes OR stair step 10x3/day or1x for 20-30 minutes with music, or TREADMILL 20-30 min for 1 mile. Do ball exercises lifting 3-5# weights and own body weight 3 times a week, get proper sleep-at least 6-8 hours a night. Limit gaming to after doing art and ...

Lose 1-2% BF each month. Goal =18.5%BF in 1-2 years

Reduce BF% from 49 to 48, eventually to 18.5%

My Program:
Do 10 minutes of movement at least daily...preferably 3 times..preferably 30 minutes at once DAILY but at least 3x/wk.

Ride bike 5812 miles=trip to Japan.

Staying in calorie range. Eating veges and fruits, rice, seaweed and nori and drink water not soda.

Get 8 hrs sleep 5 out of 7 days a week

Drink Perrier or Peligrino instead of colas.Stay away from caffeinated colas 1 week.

DONE! Get a Brita water pitcher.

I'm glad you have good reasons for the skinny girl images ....I was worried when I saw that but your explanation makes sense. I hope your re-programming works... keep me posted maybe that's what I need to do too! Lol

Since you have increased your workout, I would set your calculations for "Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk) "

emoticon for the comment on my blog. Personally I would recommend choosing the "Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)" I would think housework is just a little more active than a desk job.
