    emoticon Hi! When I first started on my journey I was eating 1,200 calories (most days) ... I joined a gym (was going from 3-4 times a week for an hour each time)... and, most of the months I lost 10-15 pounds per month. I was REALLY strict with myself when I first started on my journey. No junk food and no diet soda. Hope that answers your questions... if you have any more questions - feel free to ask em' ! :)
