I'm starting with cutting the daily sweets out of my diet. I'm also not eating out as much. I'm making menus and sticking to them. I'm eating more whole foods...lower in fat. MUCH less processed foods!!
I'm a military brat who has lived in quite a few places in my life! I became a vegan in August of 2000 but have struggled with my weight all my life. I am VERY happily married to the love of my life, have two grown children and two grandsons (6yrs and 1yr old).
