My Program:
Eat my 5 fruits and veggies a day and stay within my calorie range. Do 50 mins. of cardio three times a week and strength train 2 times a week.

Personal Information:
I'm a Wisconsinite at heart. Born and raised here. Moved to Germany for 5 1/2 yrs and now I'm back in Wisoconsin. I'm an at home mom of 2 great kids. Planning to go back to school next fall to start my life now.

Hey, no worries! I know how some weeks get :)

I can't blame you for hitting that snooze button either - I am terrible at getting up early, especially any early than absolutely necessary. But hey, baby steps, right?

Things have been pretty good for me! Tracked my food ALL weekend, was fairly active working in the yard, walking the dog. Trying to figure out when I'm sneaking in my workout today; I have two meetings right over lunchtime, which is my usual time. Boo! One day at a time!

So far so good except I'm constantly hungry... even from day one! Thankfully never got nauseous but was slammed with severe fatigue all summer. At one point I had serious trouble making it through a regular work day. I'll still take that over seeing repeats of meals any day.

That sucks about the job loss but it sounds like it turned into a really good thing in the end for both of you. Seems like it's been a year of change for a lot of people this year. That's not always a bad thing but sure can make things crazy!

Can't wait for this weekend and the 3-day! I haven't trained at all this summer but, I'm sure I'll be fine. It'll be worth it. :)

Ugh, no kidding they go too fast! Feels like the week drags by of course, but my weekends disappear on me. I don't like that :( Wow, I bet cleaning garages burned some calories!

I put the stretch/stand breaks on my Lotus calendar, but it took up SO MUCH room that I couldn't see my real meetings! So I have a PostIt on my monitor that says "STRETCH! STAND! WALK! 10a & 2P" Now I just hope I don't tune it out! Heh. I'll make a deal with you to try and get up and move more during the day!

Hey there! Hope your weekend was good! Mine was alright; nothing terribly exciting or productive, haha. I did get in some exercise with the dog on Friday, and yesterday we went hiking. It can go either way - some days she drives me crazy, other days she motivates me. Yesterday while hiking I lost her in the woods. I cried when she finally came back!

I'm so glad you found out about that 10 minute break! That's great news. Even just making some laps around the hallway is good. That's the kind of better break I need. I really should try to do that at like, 10 and 2. I shall put it on my calendar and set up a reminder! :)

Hey! Good to hear from ya! Part of why I've been so quiet is because this year has been INSANE, but in a lot of good ways. Training for the 3-day didn't go so well but there's a reason for that. So... lets see, spring was insane at work between volume of work & back problems my manager dealt with for a bit, then I went off and got married, jumped back into insane work schedules only to be whomped by severe fatigue which turned out to be because my hubby and I are expecting our first child. The fatigue kinda stopped the training because it became a work + sleep summer when I wasn't dealing with crap from my house getting robbed & the cops not doing anything about it. We moved because of the break in, my office location changed at work aaaaand that brings us to today where I'll be doing the Philly 3-day 5 months preggo! Wow, managed to keep that shorter than usual. My fundraising efforts have resulted in a lot of silence this year which was highly disappointing... so I'm my biggest donor. I'm still excited about it though. One week until it kicks off!

How've you been doing? Hopefully all good stuff this year. :)
