I am a mid-40's male with an on-going interest in fitness and nutrition. I have been involved in athletics of one sort or another my entire life. About 7 years ago I got into tae kwon do and stuck with that until I had earned a black belt - achieving a life goal. I have since returned to my first fitness love - weightlifting. My focus is predominantly on the bodybuilding aspects as I seek to add lean mass and decrease fat. I regularly follow 2 fitness related podcasts, The Fitcast and Skip ...

My Goals:
Body recomposition:
Gain lean mass
Reduce fat (currently at ~18%)
Improve cholesterol numbers
Have fun!

My Program:
Lift 4x week based on Max-OT
Cardio 30-40 mins 3x week
High protein, mid-carb, low fat diet
Eat something every 3-4 hours daily


Other Information:
I am a Christian.

Married 22 awesome years

I play the tuba and ride a 1980 Honda CB 650 m'cycle
