Hi, I am Kevin and I am changing my lifestyle to be healthy and in the process lose ALOT of weight. I am trying to be more motivated but it is hard, as is finding time to work out. I am mostly walking as of now for exercise. I am really wanting to complete a 5K, and am starting a new interval program to make that happen. Hi Kevin - thanks for the add! Aiming for a 5K is great way to stay motivated to exercise. For me, having an event to train for makes it much more meaningful to workout since each session serves the purpose of getting me one step closer to my race. And I am FAR less likely to blow off a workout! Good luck!

Hi Keven, thanks for the friend add! I think setting your sights on a 5k is a great goal! Now pick one, put your money down to register and watch the magic happen. Paying for that race sure raises my commitment levels emoticon
