Okay I think I went about this all wrong. I signed up that I was fine and wished to maintain my lifestyle, perhaps get healthier, but not to lose weight. Instead I am within 3 pounds now of my goal for the entire year (-20 lbs) following what is really a 5 week crash with little or no regard to health at all. What does your book say about deperssion? Should I have signed up for the diet side, then maybe I'd have stayed steadier? I"m thinking this is reverse psychology at work try to maintain you lose, try to lose you gain.
