I'd be interested to see your food and fitness trackers shared, and some blogs with what has worked for you as well. I don't mean to be too defensive, but it's hard to put myself out there to be advised by those that aren't as open about their tools and techniques. I'm not judging, just genuinely interested because I can't tell which plan(s?) you follow to maintain just by looking at which teams you belong to. I know you referenced Weight Watchers in your summary - do you still track points? Did you upgrade to the new plan where fruits/veggies are "free"? I see you're on the vegan team, so if you are vegan I imagine it would be tough to hit your points minimum since fruit/veg are free.
