Lose weight, avoid gaining. Also doing a 10k would be awesome.
Nutrition and excercise - is there any other way?
Changed my entire life upside down 3 years ago when I lost 45KG at age 18. Since then I have learned about and established a lighter, healthier more active lifestyle... this passed year has been a little harder than the last 3. Struggling. but never giving up.

I'm going to re-evaluate my goals more towards FAT loss and not necessarily WEIGHT loss and see where that gets me. I'm coming to terms with the concept that I'll probably never be in the "normal" weight range but as long as I'm strong & healthy that really doesn't bug me
