Sick and Tired....

Hi! I am a 36 year old who has spent most of my life battling my weight! I am not at my highest weight but not far from it! I have decided that I am sick and tired of always being sick and tired. There has to be more to life and I am just letting it pass me by. My husband and I are currently walking together each morning before work. It is a good thing. It motivates me to get up and moving I am not a morning person. Now I have to attack this constant battle with food! I love to eat! ...

I have been really struggling for almost 4 weeks to focus! But I am trying to get my mind back in the game! HELP!

I am going to spend so serious time working on more specific goals. I need to set those in order to give myself more direction and focus!!

hi - wow another birthday - seems not so long ago we talked. how are things going -
i went on a no carb and lost 30 pounds but the second i added back salads and fruits it was all back within six weeks - after one year of giving all up. i get so mad
i am back with wt watchers - it has been over 20 yrs - but all my friends and my daughter who lost 65 pounds in six months - said it is easy and very inclusive. so this is my third week - i am losing very slowly - but that is ok = i cannot be in a rush anymore - it does not stay off -
as we both know there are loads of clothes just waiting to come out of the closet.
i have also imposed a 'no holiday or beach wear ban' until this wt is gone - so i hope it does not back fire and i am a house hermit forever!!! LOL
