I do think that I have a lot of muscle, and that is why I weigh so much...but I am still determined to shed the unwanted fat and flab off my body! I feel I am very ambitious and want to work hard at achieving my goals. I am always interesed in learning other people's secrets and success stories! I also love some hard-core motivation!
I am working out at the gym at least 3 times a week, and up to 5. I think it is really good to change my routine every once in a while, so that I don't feel so much as being in a "rut"! Cardio is my weakness, and weight lifting is my strength. I realize I probably need to do much more cardio to lose the inches I desire, but that is my weak point...so I must just try harder!
I am very happily married for nearly3 years. I am an outgoing person, with a very busy lifestyle, but I enjoy every bit of it.
Hey Kersty Lou! Thanks for stopping by my page. I am currently in the last week of the semester and will be done will all of my Finals by Tuesday!! So, I will be ready and willing to get on board with ya then. I was at least maintaining my weight loss until we went to DisneyWorld this month, and I gained ten pounds in ten days!! I've lost about 5 of it since getting back, but I've GOT to get the rest of this weight off. Maybe we can meet up sometime this spring or summer to do some running or something. Luv ya.
