    I TOTALLY understand. I woke up this morning at four because I was too hungry to sleep. I ate a fiber one bar, drank a bunch of water, and surfed the internet until I was sleepy again. It only happens the morning after fasting. I am up 1.5 lbs this morning because of that. Are you back on your plan again? I am! I need to get back in the habit of recording my foods, too. I am going to be SO good this week? Are you with me?

    I think it helps to do weights every other day. I just started weights a month ago, and I started to progress faster in my sizes.

    When I was losing a pound or two a week I kept to 12 or 1300 calories a day and made sure to jog 30 minutes M-F. Now that I'm maintaining I can eat a lot more than that but I still jog.

    That's okay. The thing I love about this site is that you can put in everything you ate...good, bad and ugly. Then I can't wonder to myself why I didn't drop a pound this week. But I also like to see what other people eat and how they exercise so that I can be inspired to do well also. Ooh, that reminds me...I need to enter that piece of cake I just ate! It was from a Cooking Light recipe but it was so decadent!
