My Goals:
I'd like to lose 10 pounds so I can run faster.

My Program:
I am trying to burn 500 calories 6x per week. I eat around 1250 calories six days a week and 1550 calories 1 day per week. That high day keeps my metabolism active.

Hey, how is your diet pop diet coming along? You are so funny about that! "Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life" my dad always said when I was feeling discouraged and frustrated.

So... how did you do? We had a big project day (Scott painting, me canning), so I was a bit distracted, but I did OK. Every time I wanted a bunch of sweets, I just ate a fiber one bar. I am hoping to do better tomorrow. See you at the institute. Do you want to come over afterwards and tell me about the scouts?
