Do you ever look in the mirror and dislike what you see?
I am tried of being the girl who isn't happy with what she sees. It is time for a serious change. I am ready to take control of my life for once and for all. I have always had a little extra weight but not until about six-seven months i noticed that the little extra weight I've always had, had become more then just my little extra weight. I am tried of being the girl who isn't happy with what she sees. It is time for a serious change. I am ready to take control of my life for once and for all. I have always had a little extra weight but not until about six-seven months i noticed that the little extra weight I've always had, had become more then just my little extra weight. I don't want to be a fat girl people look at and said rude remarks behind her back (not that anyone wants to be that person). I want to be the girl people look at and think shes healthy. I plan on making it so my weight will never be an issue again. I am ready to be a stronger healthier me. My goal is to lose 60 pounds by the end of November. I am ready to do whatever it takes to reach it too. I am recently married and I am trying to become a healthier person. My husband and I have made it a goal to exercise more. He is in the air forces so hes used to working out all of the time me on the other hand not so much. I am really hoping to lose 20 to 25 pounds by April and maybe 20 more by the end of the year. I don't just want to lose it but i want to keep it off!
