Hey Kerr,
Are you still keeping up with SP? I really try to use it, but I find that the best tool is the weight tracker. You can look at the progress you have made, and it really encourages me to keep going.
I am a little apprehensive about the Thanksgiving feast, but I am hoping that my new eating strategies will keep me from over-indulging.
