Time for a change.

Time to change this intro and time to start focusing harder on myself and my health issues rather than everyone else's. They'll need to start taking care of themselves if they can't follow my lead!! I do need to also focus more on the fruits and vegetables which I miss way too often. Also time for some new pictures :-)

Lose 55 lbs and get back to my WW goal work off the excess bagage on my legs to help my artificial knees and failing hips and back last longer.

Trying to eat less junk, less fast food and more veggies and fruits.

I enjoy reading, used to do some knitting but haven't picked it up for a while. Bowled a lot before messing up the knee-now watch and try to coach my grandchildren. Enjoy water aerobics

Believe it or not, our service runs about 90 minutes. Father's sermons are 15-20 mins. at most, and we have communion where everyone comes to the communion rail and the cup and wafers are passed out individually. We alos have three different scripture readings where the people either kneel or stand, and then we have the passing of the Peace where we walk around and greet others saying, "Peace Be With You."

Kerry, you should and can stay on your dh's insurance instead of going to Medicate---I sure hope someone told you that this was possible and whet they recommend you doing.

Thank you for commenting on my spark feed.. I agree, this has been going on too long now and rest is best. Following doctors orders. I found some old Denise Austin Yoga DVD's that I am going to try out for some stretching. Wishing you a Happy Weekend!

Thanks for explaining the ap situation. When I retire I plan to get a Smart device to carry and will be checking out which of my PC websites have apps that will allow me to be more mobile. Hopefully by next spring Sparkpeople will have improved their app. Thanks again.
