Whenever I am running low on motivation I do a couple things... first off.. I compare pictures of me at my highest weight (and in my case that was prior to Spark people as I lost about 30-40 prior to joining Spark)... and then..I make a list.. of things I can now do that were much harder before (stair climbing...fitting into that airline seat a little easier, etc..) and things that make me feel good...like wearing a smaller size pair of jeans, shopping at "regular people stores", lower blood sugars..etc..). I think back and realize I do NOT want to go backwards on any of that. I also anticipate how much bigger the list could be if I continue on this journey.. And LASTLY.. I imagine the look on my doctors face if I gain any of the weight BACK...hahahahaha... I think ups and downs are a normal part of this process.. especially when things slow down a little... Maybe change something up..try some new activities or new foods/recipes, etc.. You have done wonderfully so far.. I know just how hard it is... keep up the good work.. !!
