My Goals:
My biggest goal is to start living a healthier life. I'm also hoping to lose about 35 lbs, ideally before squeezing into an utterly attractive and fabulous bridesmaids dress (sarcasm much?) for my best friend's wedding next spring.

My Program:

Personal Information:
25 years old from the St. Louis, MO area. Trying to find a balance of working, eating well, excercising, and having a social life. Wish me luck!

Other Information:
 I treat my dog like a person. Watch more reality television than is appropriate for any human being. Have a mild case of OCD. Grammatical and spelling errors physically hurt me. Can drink wine any day of the week like it's my job.

I really enjoyed the honesty of your blog and it sounds like maybe we have some of the same hurdles (I'm trying insanely hard to limit my drinking to three nights a week, it's week two and I'm considering changing that to three nights of normal drinking and one night of light drinking lol) Anyway, hope you don't mind that I added you, I wish you luck in your journey!!

Yay! I'm glad you want to be buddies. What are your main action steps or small everyday goals right now? My goals to do every day are spin the Sparkwheel, drink 6+ cups of water, exercise at least ten minutes, take at least 9,500 steps, eat at least one vegetable, and read my goals for this month. I have some other goals for this month, but they aren't things to do every day.

As far as how things are going for me, they aren't too great at the moment. I'm feeling upset because my brother basically called me stupid for not doing something he should have done, and my mom just brought home a container of cookies! So far, I've been able to resist gorging, but it is hard! However, I've stopped crying now, and I'm feeling better because I have a new buddy. :)

I hope you are having a good weekend too. Try to check in every day, even if all you do is spin the Sparkwheel or update your status. Sometimes just seeing the Start page helps remind me of my goals.
