Yay! I'm glad you want to be buddies. What are your main action steps or small everyday goals right now? My goals to do every day are spin the Sparkwheel, drink 6+ cups of water, exercise at least ten minutes, take at least 9,500 steps, eat at least one vegetable, and read my goals for this month. I have some other goals for this month, but they aren't things to do every day.
As far as how things are going for me, they aren't too great at the moment. I'm feeling upset because my brother basically called me stupid for not doing something he should have done, and my mom just brought home a container of cookies! So far, I've been able to resist gorging, but it is hard! However, I've stopped crying now, and I'm feeling better because I have a new buddy. :)
