I'm in this horrible middle ground where I am not happy with my body, but not unhappy enough to do something about it on a regular basis! My husband is skinny and fit, and I want to be just like him!

HI! Thanks for your comments on my blogs! They are very helpful :) I was just curious though, do you have any recommendations for getting energy or caffine other than my coffee. Im not a fan of drinking coffee black. I like the added creamer. I knew it was causing issues with me losing weight so I quit adding sugar and now I just add cream but today I actually measured it out and I was using like 3 tablespoons per cup and today I had liek 3 cups. I usually only drink only 3/4's of the cup and then throw out and get more, i dont know if that matters or not. If i drink tea, I like it to be sweet. so i run into the same problem lol. what about those 5 hour energy drinks?? Im exhausted every day with a baby and feel like I dont know how id do it without the caffine! Eventually I do want to work on cutting it out all together. I used to never drink caffine until I had aiden. Thanks!

Haha, I so enjoyed going out. I went a little over but it wasn't too bad with all my walking.

Definitely watch the sales on Greek yogurt. Chobani goes on sale for $1 some times and it is so much better for you than regular yogurt. I also get the big sizes so I don't have to buy the little ones. They make a store brand too! It's nice to sometimes switch it up even if you have a favorite brand. I've been throwing frozen blueberries on my yogurt to bulk up my fruit and only 80 calories in 1 cup (two servings right?). I had honey dew today which so yum!

Keep up the great work!

Wow that article is right on track for me! I was totally feeling all of those things when I hit the wall, even the headaches and lack of sleep. I think I deserved a nice break and I hit the gym extra hard today! It's been more difficult without my ipod but I ordered a new charger for it today!

that's a great idea! i love the SP kickbox cardio but my bedroom is right above my neighbors and he is a programmer who is nocturnal. anything that is too loud (i.e. jumping, stomping, or dancing) might wake him up. i am going to have to go through and try them out because he does listen to death metal at midnight so it might be a fair trade!

Hey! Going well, though the weight loss has of course slowed (sad times but you and others warned me it would happen!). Yourself? x
