I am on the path to being a Registered Dietitian. I've lost the same 15-20lbs three times, then school/life changes got in the way and creeped back.

I am trying to find the secret to getting the weight off and KEEPING IT THAT WAY!

I am not 'fat' I am not ugly, and I know that, but I am not skinny, and I am not as healthy as I want to be.

My Goals:
My goal is to get into the HABIT of eating well and exercising every. I would like to get into a healthy BMI (145lbs) by when I start my DI internship.

My Program:
Calories: Average below 1800 each week
Exercise: 30 day shred, spark videos, high energy dance parties.
Get 2.5 cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruit/day and 8 glasses of water/day

Other Information:
I love my puppy and saving trees!!!

If you want nutrition advice I'll be glad to offer my knowledge. I've finished school, but not the internship for becoming a registered dietitian. I still have a lot to learn so it's NOT professional advice, just close :)

Aww, thanks for the photo! I'm sorry I haven't been on much lately, but I'm finishing up applications and turning them in at the end of the week, so I'm super busy! Law school, here I come! Hope you're doing well on your plan, I know you can do it!

Bummer about Zip Realty! I would start your search online so you can compare what you want. Homes look so different online but you can see what you want, i.e. garage, location, etc, without driving all over. My BF and I really wanted to start house hunting this spring but we did some last fall. It was so surprising to see short sales/foreclosures and the condition they are in, but that's why we toured a bunch and looked at so many online to find nicer ones. I hope you find a great place!

Good morning! Im looking at jeff novicks page and He has quite a few dvds. Which one do you recommend for the recipes you were talking about? Im also liking his blogs! Im going to subscrbe to them i think! Thanks for telling me about him :) Also, have you heard of bodybuggs? Im thinking about purchasing on of them today. What do u think?
