I am on the path to being a Registered Dietitian. I've lost the same 15-20lbs three times, then school/life changes got in the way and creeped back.

I am trying to find the secret to getting the weight off and KEEPING IT THAT WAY!

My Goals:
My goal is to get into the HABIT of eating well and exercising every. I would like to get into a healthy BMI (145lbs) by when I start my DI internship.

My Program:
Calories: Average below 1800 each week
Exercise: 30 day shred, spark videos, high energy dance parties.
Get 2.5 cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruit/day and 8 glasses of water/day

Other Information:
I love my puppy and saving trees!!!

If you want nutrition advice I'll be glad to offer my knowledge. I've finished school, but not the internship for becoming a registered dietitian. I still have a lot to learn so it's NOT professional advice, just close :)
