My Spark page

I am currently 148 lbs and unhappy with myself, I am working hard to change that! I have started exercising, watching what I eat, and I have almost cut out soda! ( I went from drinking 8-12 cans a day to maybe 1!) I am a busy wife and mom of 3 kids ages 7, 2, and 8 months, so I get up at 5am to workout and also workout after the kids are in bed for the night! I am turning 30 in June and I hope to be at or close to my goal!

My Goals:

I am doing spark fitness videos from the website, jogging, walking, and also strength exercises with Tony Little's Easy Shaper.

Other Information:
I am a full time stay at home wife and mom of 3 amazing kids, ages 7, 2, and 8 months!
