Hi, I'm Keri. I am an open minded, liberal, atheist, hippie mom of 2. :)
I really want to become a runner (run a 5K), get scuba certified, eventually do a sprint triathlon and find all the ways I can exercise with my babies instead of working around them!
I will be biking, swimming, babywearing while walking, strength training at home, doing yoga, and focusing on getting through the Couch to 5K program. Also using my iPod for fitness podcasts and apps! My calorie range is higher, due to breastfeeding, but I'll be trying to make healthy choices as often as possible.
I am a happily married air force wife and stay at home mom. My children are little balls of sunshine. :) I'm an Aries, who loves adventure and mixing things up, especially health and fitness.
I wish I'd gotten a Hogwarts letter, could eat tacos everyday, and close my eyes in delight when Dave Matthews sings. That might be all you need to know about me :)
